CLM not finding Salesforce Field

I created a new field in Salesforce on the CPQ Quote object, API field is ‘All_TD_Product_Codes__c’. It is a Long Text (15,000).  It is visible to all Profiles. I go to DocuSign CLM > Admin > Form > ‘Order Form’ >  Add Fields > Link to Saleforce field and search for ‘All’ but it does not show up. Help?

Hello @Steven.Truong,

 

My expertise is around eSign, but in my experience a lot of these issues come down to permissions in Salesforce. When you mentioned “it is visible to all profiles”, were you specifically referring to the Field Access Settings? I would also recommend to double check the Field-Level Security.
