Can I change the font color from red to black after the document has been signed?

I created a travel form with multiple approvers. I need the final approver to make changes if applicable before completing the Docusign. The form contains multiple places for a traveler to add dollar amounts to the form. We would like to have the ability to edit if necessary.We pay meals at $41.25 for the first and last day of travel and $55 for the in between day(s) ie. if we have someone traveling 3 days they would get $82.50(2days)+$55(1day) for a total of $137.50. I need the formula to see the Departure date and return date as one apiece to come up with a total of 2.

How do I make an editorial change in a form? Either a misspelled word or to add words?

Trying to bulk send a document and am using a sample csv template. When I upload the csv template, I get an error message that no one was assigned to Role 2... but I don't need a Role 2, just Role 1. Whatever. I just comply and duplicate the name and email under the Role 2 name and email column that is already in Role 1. When I try sending the envelope- it gives me another error message saying I can't send the envelope to duplicate recipients... so basically what would you like me to do instead? since you're forcing me to assign a role 2?

Is it possible to change the settings so that the 2nd signer only receives emails indicating that the documents have been signed by the 1st signer and not emails that show that the 1st signer has viewed the documents?

Hello... I just finished a training with my team and we all sent test eSign requests to each other. We added 2 recipients with a signing order. The first recipient does not have any fields to complete on the documents but was added as "Needs to Sign". When she clicks the link to open the document, she is unable to click Finish so the document will move on to the next person to sign. Any idea why? This is the first time we had this issue.

I noticed that to add merge fields in the middle of the document/texts, according to the instructions I need to leave a blank space where the field will be located, is there a way to configure that space to adjust to the text of the merge field? Because I notices that perhaps the Account Name for example is too long, and if the blank space for it is not big enough, it will be written over the document text.

I have several packages that have been sent and are expiring and I don't want them to expire. How to change?

It is frequent that we must forward a document to a non-signatory for "review" or "approval" but that person or persons does not have to sign the document. I see the approve and decline buttons but I don't think that is what I need (unless I'm mistaken).  Ideally this persons name with a date/time would appear but no digital signature is required. Is there such a feature or workflow that I'm missing?

I'm trying to use the formula below to determine a weighted score. I can validate that the formula fields within this formula are working correctly, but the final output is incorrect.(([Formula 1]*.3)+([Formula 2]*.3)+([Formula 3]*.2)+([Leader Score Section 4]*.1)+([Leader Score Section 5]*.1))/5The goal is that Formula 1 & 2 are each 30% of the score, Formula 3 is 20%, and the final two Leader Score Sections are 10%. When I use this with the value of 4 in every field, it calculates the answer as .8.If I remove the outermost parentheses, the answer calculates to 3.68

I created an expense form that will serve as a request for travel form and reconciliation form. The form has multiple pages dependent on the selections that are made. The traveler will start the form. They will add the expected expense and submit the docusign for the various levels of approvals. My question can the form go from the traveler, to the first approver and then 2nd approver(if applicable), then return back to the traveler to complete the after travel reconciliation part of the form and then to the first approver?

I want to limit the input of a value (or number) to zero decimal places - integers only.. How do I do that?

Somehow my client adopted her initials for both her initials and signature. If I resend a new document, will it allow her to change her signature or do I need to change something on my send before hand? Dan

I have received a copy of a docusigned document but there is no date. How can I tell when it was signed?

Documents sent to me do not appear in the "action required" section of my DocuSign login page.I will need to manually click on the email link to sign the document. And the documents are being sent to the exact same email address as the link.  Previously i used to be able to login to my account and sign everything at once, rather than searching for each separate email link in my inbox.Is this a setting that can be modified so that these again show up in the "action required" log?

everytime I go to initial my e signature appears in initials. How do I change that?
