Hello! I have some question about how to use this service better:

  1. Can you please advise on the best subscription for a company if we want the document to go through the auditors before signing and they will give the approval for the director to sign at the end of the chain?
  1. is it possible to set up the chain so that the signatory does not receive all the notifications, but only the last signature request and it will show that the previous persons gave approval for the signature?
  2. Question about signing documents with counterparties. Is it possible to add companies we work with to our profile for more convenient discussion, signing and correction of documents?

  3. Is there a possibility to use a standard template and send it to agents for signing and making corrections to the document, for example, to add the company details?

Hello, @Barbarita

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!

Here in this link you can see our subscription plans. For the most of your requirements the Business Pro plan will serve. However, depending on the amount of envelopes to be sent yearly, I suggest to you call the number on the Enhanced plans in the article that I mentioned.

The answers to your questions:

  1. Can you please advise on the best subscription for a company if we want the document to go through the auditors before signing and they will give the approval for the director to sign at the end of the chain?
At least the Business Pro plan for your described needs, however depending of the amount of envelopes and other advanced features, I suggest to call our specialists then describe all of your needs. The number to call it’s here, you just need to select your conutry in the left bottom of the browser page.

  2. is it possible to set up the chain so that the signatory does not receive all the notifications, but only the last signature request and it will show that the previous persons gave approval for the signature?
Yes! You can. The sender of the envelope can set a Signing Order so you can put all recipients (signers) in a specific order, if you position one recipient as the last in the order so he/she will only receive a notification to sign when it’s his/her turn. All the other have previously signed the document will be seen by the last signer.
  1. Question about signing documents with counterparties. Is it possible to add companies we work with to our profile for more convenient discussion, signing and correction of documents?
Based on your question, I think you’re would like to negotiate/review a contract with the Counterparties until get a final approved version then send send to sign. Although, you can do this partially using DocuSign eSignature with Doc Gen, I’d recommend to you evaluate our product for Contract Lifecycle Management - DocuSign CLM. This short video shows CLM in action. CLM is the complete solution since a contract’s creation until all revisions, approvals, etc then be signed electronically via DocuSign eSignature.

  2. Is there a possibility to use a standard template and send it to agents for signing and making corrections to the document, for example, to add the company details?
    Sure, You Can!
It’s possible to create several templates for several types of contracts.
Creating a new envelope, adding a new contract the feature of Automatic Matching Template feature will enter in action suggestion the best template to apply in the new document. Or you can send a new envelope with a contract directly using the correspondent template.
In summary, Templates has many features to make easy send contracts especially the repetibles ones.

I hope that helps!

All the best,

Alexandre
