Hello! Is there any DocuSign instructional documentation around how set up automatic reminders for senders? Our company account is set up such that auto-reminders are not set up by default - the sender has the option to set them up if they wish for a particular envelope. I am working on sending an email to our newer users to show them how to do this. If possible, I'd like to avoid generating my own documentation if DocuSign already has something available. I've tried searching the support site, but all i can find is instructions for an administrator to set up default reminders. Is there anything for the senders?Thanks,Teri

I am looking to expand on my powerform by giving the initiator of the form the option of adding someone as a cc role for the completed copy. Not everyone using the link will need that, so I am trying to see if there is a way to make that an optional piece. Currently, I have roles set up that the initiator fills in who the form is going to next for approval and those are required before filling out the form. Can I add an "optional" cc role if they want the completed copy of the powerform to forward to another department?

lets say I have a commercial agreement with 100 pages and id like both sides to sign there initials on all the 100 pages.

Is there a way to delegate an alternate signer if original signer is unexpectantly out for an extended period of time?

I've used a test document to send to myself with two signers to my personal email, and it works fine, but whenever I do the same for clients, they always end up sending a doc with only one person's signature in both spaces.How can I get two people who share an email address to sign separately?Thanks

I send loan agreements to clients, and some clients it takes two or three reminders to get them to sign. We ask our client managers to help reminder the client too.In the manage section of the website, there is a resend button. Right now our template is set up to only resend the document to the client.Is it possible to tie the client manager email to the client reminder so the client manager gets the reminder email too? Without requiring the client manager to have to sign too?

I want to add multiple signers to a document, but require only one signature. Basically they all receive the document, however it is marked as completed once one of them signs the document. Is there a way to go about this?

My form has a red background, so we decided to use white font for the fields, that way the text is visible when the form is completed. However, when the field is active and the designated person is filling it in, the field is shown as a white rectangle, which does not allow the user to see the characters they are typing up. Is there a way to fix this?

How do I add a date and time stamp to the signature on docusign? I tried to look for the icons that would allow for document formatting, but have had no luck. Been struggling with this for the past 20 minutes, and there no other resources.

I was under the impression based on looking at my settings that the email notifications were all on, but i do not seem to be getting "Sent" notifications. Is there a way to turn on email notifications when a document is sent to a recipient? Basically i want to make sure i receive notification that the document was emailed. I do not get notification until the document was viewed.

I have checked and the e-mail address used is the correct one. I have however recently changed the main e-mail address in the DocuSign account (to the one the document is now sent to)... Instead of the document opening in the account, a "standalone" page opens where I can sign the document but don't have access to it again.

A witness has put their name instead of their address on a document so it is incorrect, how do we correct this, can the witness re-access the document and do it again or do we need to resend the whole document for everyone to sign again.

On the landing page for the website, I don't have the "Upload a document" (or whatever the wording is) window pop up despite being logged in via my company landing page. And if I try to assign something for signing using the "Approvals" app on Teams, every time I add a file and press "prepare" it just says "Something went wrong. I have a document with 9 signatories (all signatures are in a table). When I setup all the signatures I was able to verify that the signed dates and signature blocks are all lined up ( including my own) however after I signed the document I only see my signed date and other signatories don''t see that others have signed. To them the table looks blank. I have used the same process for setting up the esign except for 1 detail. I am now using Edge to do all of this. How do I fix my signature so that is now displays fix so that as others are signing they see that pervious signatories have signed ( this used to be how it displayed previously in docusign) thanks

Does anyone know how to enable internet links within a document in eSignature? Once we upload either a Word or PDF document, any links appear not to work (i.e., be "clickable"). But when the completed/signed document is downloaded, they function again.
