Do you exclude the Jr. and Sr. in the name? I have a document with both as signers?

I have, example, Joe Public, Jr. and Joe Public, Sr. signing the document.  If I add those, will it not validate correctly?

Hi @JJP2121 !

We always recommend providing recipient’s full names. In some cases, such as simple electronic signature (SES), the name may not be a barrier to signing, but it can still cause difficulties in identifying someone.

However, there are scenarios where the full name is mandatory, such as using the ID Verification feature. As you can see in this article below, in certain scenarios the absence of a surname can prevent the person from being validated.
