One of the signatories declined to sign and later on ask to resend it. He is the 2nd signatory.

How to resend it without creating a new envelop?

Hello ACB,

Sorry, I didnt notice the signer declined it.

If the signatory declined, then the envelope is voided. Hence you cannot resend it. The best option is to copy and send a new envelope.

From the Manage page, locate the in envelope, which you want to resend, and click RESEND

Hi @neethujkp,

Thank you for your response. The envelop has 2 signatories, 1 has already completed signing and the last to sign declined it but then later asked to resend it. The only button available on the document is “copy”. I hope I can avoid creating another envelop by just resending the same document.
