I’ve created a template in DocuSign with multiple fields and data labels, to utilize the ability to export the data as a CSV file once completed. Is it possible to download a PDF of the template once the fields have been filled in?The use case would be to send a PDF copy of the template to a customer for review before sending it for signature.

Hi all, I work for a production company and we use Docusign for contracts and other confidential documents.  The Production Coordinator of one of our shows (freelance, so not a permanent employee of the company) has asked if she can use our account.  We have a spare seat so we could add her easily, but I’m concerned that this would allow others to access all the documents in our library.  Does anyone know if it is possible to add a user to an account, setting it up so that that user will see only their own documents etc Many thanks, John

I need to change the signature template used in DocuSign - need the signature to be exactly the same graphics like in another hard copy signature document. Please update me what are the steps in order to change the signature template

I’m trying to make a template where I send the envelope to the client, and sometimes the client needs an additional contractor/client/boss to sign the document as well. I do not know who the extra contractor would be. Ideally, the client could optionally click a checkbox and then specify who to further send the document to (and the contractor would fill out their section) before returning it to me. If the checkbox is unchecked then the document would return to me like normal (with the contractor’s area blank). The main challenge I’m currently facing is that I don’t know who the optional contractor is. Is this idea/flow possible?

Do you have dedicated teams for your e-signature initiatives?  How many people are on your e signature team and working projects?  How many projects do you have going on at what time? 

Hi, I added 2 check boxes for people to click on and when the forms came back to me none of them were checked.  I’m wondering if I added them improperly because I can’t imagine everyone missed that step.  Any help with this issue? Thanks,Joyce

Hello, I was wondering. When we send an envelope to someone and add a CC to someone else. Is there a certain timeframe for the CC to view the document. Cause they seem not to be able to view it after a few days. How do you know how long you can view it for?  Thankful for any help or clarification! 

Hi, a signer has chosen to print and fax documents as I can see “fax pending” alongside their name in the list of signers. All signers have to sign electronically so will this particular signer be able to cancel the printing and faxing option he has chosen and then electronically sign instead? What’s the best way to deal with this/fix it? Thanks.

for some reason docusign is no longer emailing me notice when someone completes an envelope.  How do I turn this feature back on?

HelloHas anyone found an easier way to edit the body of email message? We are trying to make edits to the branding per condition and find the HTML not so easy to follow or share. 

Is there a way to limit the amount of envelopes for a specific user? Business account. The person works for another dept. and we do not want them to exceed more than a certain amount for the rest of the year. 

Is there a way to force the same date format across all signers of the same document?I created a document with 3 signers, myself being one of them.  When the first 2 signed, their date format came back as DD/MM/YYYY but mine  shows as MM/DD/YY.  See the attached photo.  So now the actual PDF looks like they signed on January 4th (1/4) and I signed on April 3 (4/3).   As the sender, can I force the date format to be the one I desire across ALL signers?  The way it is now makes it look like we signed months apart, when actually it was just 1 day apart.

Hi,I have just configured Docusign to use SSO with Entra (Azure). Authentication works fine but for one user so far all the data has disappeared. Nothing in her inbox, all history is gone too.Has anyone seen this before?Thanks!

I would like recipients to be required to fill out either text box A or text box B? How do I set that up?  

I get requests for confidential documents from customers. I want to send via DocuSign with an acknowledgement that they are receiving this document under an NDA and are not allowed to share the document. How can this be accomplished?

Our software management team have a number of administrators who all have a login to Docusign to be able to add/remove users. They do not use the software other than to manage users.My question is - do each of these administrators take up a seat each? It appears that they do, therefore we would be better off consolidating to one admin so these seats could be better utilised by those who would actually use the software?Thank you. 

How do you change the size of lettering on the home page? It seems to have adjusted to a smaller size and need to enlarge wording.  Thanks!

I often have to send multiple documents for signature at one time and I do so using a single envelope. However, when I download the PDFs of the files it creates a zip file and that changes all spaces in the file name to be underscores.Is there a way to NOT change my file names when I just want to download a few files at one time that were all signed in the same envelope?
