Is there a way to set up the template such that the required signer can designate the optional signers, HOWEVER, if there are no additional optional signers to designate that the required signer can move past this step and fully execute the agreement?

  1. Add your required signer to both Signing Order 1 and Signing Order 2.
  2. If there are optional signers, they will receive an email prompting them to add the optional signer.
  3. If no signer is specified, the recipient will need to add themselves as the optional signer.
  4. Ensure that the signature tag for the optional signer is set to "Not Required."
