• Prepare Your Stamp:

  • Make sure you have a digital image of your stamp. The image should be in one of the supported formats: JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, X-MS-BMP, X-BMP, or IPX.
  • The image size must be no larger than 200KB.

• Upload Your Stamp to DocuSign:

  • Log in to your DocuSign account.
  • Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner and select "Manage Profile."
  • Under "My Profile," click "Stamps" on the left navigation.
  • Click "Add Stamp."
  • Upload the image of your stamp following the mentioned requirements.
