Since April cannot get Customer support for former employee accounts that need to be accessed for legal compliance reasons. The Administrator of the company account resigned and we need to change the Administrator, assign a new one to access our documents. I can’t imagine there is not a contact or simple solution that it is not a rare situation. Any help appreciated. Thanks!
