Upon completion of my document and hitting the send button, I get a message that says “An error occurred” but there is no indication what it might be ??

  1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable. Sometimes, a weak connection can cause unexpected errors.

  2. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, cached data can cause issues. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then attempt to send the document again.

  3. Try a Different Browser: Use a different web browser to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is browser specific.
