how to change the date format ? e.g : 02 August 2023

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you want to edit the date field format.

If you are the account Admin you can update the Date Signed field's format in Settings>Signing Settings.

However, the closest we can offer to a "spelled out" formatting of the date would be on the line of "01-January-2023" for example.

For more details on the options offered as part of the account's Signing Settings, see:

Signing Settings - Document Date and Time Format

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.

Hiya

The date format is confusing and is i presume the USA format which is not used by the vast majority of the world.  In simple terms, is it possible to change the format of the date to that used by the rest of the world outside the USA?  Signing legal documents which have this degree of uncertainty is unhelpful to put it mildly.

The impression I get is that even if one writes the format as noted above the signature date does not correspond.

I would be interested in any response.

Best Wishes
