Documents are illegible because image looks corrupted

This has happened twice now, and I don´t know why. When I send the documents to be signed, the other person saw this image, do you know why this could be happening?

Hi Nathaly, thank you for answering! 

The only solution we found was to replace the .pdf file and luckily, it worked. Thank you!

I’m sorry to hear that the document is not showing as it should. I understand this has happened before with other documents.

 

Can you provide further information?

 

Does the documents have any dynamics on them? 

Can you try flattening the document?: How to resolve a document upload error by printing the document to a new PDF
