Golive issue

1. pass the go-live review, 2. then select a go-live account,input the production admin email 3.input password then get error, does anyone have idea? I cant log a support ticket as DocuSign have blocked that now.Also my DocuSign Account Manager has left DocuSign and their email bounces back so can’t even email to get escalated. Any suggestions / help appreciated.

Adding redirect URI to an integration key in developer account

We have set up an integration key in our developer account. I need to add a redirect URL but it is not letting me save this showing the message in the below image. I have tried this several times on different days but still no luck. Can you help me understand why this is happening and tell me how to resolve this?

Unable to Promote My App to Production Account

Hi team, I have passed the review for Go-Live process. But when I click on start Go-Live it will ask for the Production Docusign Credentials, On specifying I am getting this below Error. I am blocked with this. Can anyone help me to resolve this?

Migration from demo developer Account to Live account

Hi, I have created an app in demo developer account in docusign. I am using docusign api https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes to send document to my website user on their signup as well to get document status. Now My testing is done, my app is approved but i try to promote app to go-live, it gives me error “these accounts don't support API integrations. Select a different production account to continue'. Now i have two queries Is it happening due to the fact that my live account does not any plan yet? If i take developer api plan in live account, will i be able to promote app from developer account and Api integration will keep working with live keys? Kindly help me on this as i am not able to find any relevant information regarding and i am really confused on which plan to take in order for API integration to work. i am aware that developer API plan has a envelope limit/month. Thanks in advance

Go Live: Production Account Administrator

Hi, I’m trying to use a Production Account of a client for Go-Live. However, my developer account does not have an administrator access to their account. The client refuses to give me a full administrator access because they are afraid that I’ll get access to all other unnecessary information. Is there any alternative to this? Thanks!

Invalid Grant unauthorized Client

After changing my development account to a production account, the last step was to get this authorization code. I allowed access (granted permission) and tested it in Postman. I keep receiving this 400 error “Invalid Grant” “ Unauthorized Client”. Has anyone encountered this error before?

Delete developer account after creating prod integration

Hello, I would like to go live with developer account. Then I would delete that developer account (as its from different company than final integration). Is there any impact on prod integration after deleting developer account?

Can not found Apps and Integration Keys on production environment

Hi, I have completed go-live process for my app on dev environment and status shows "App is live". But I can not find the apps on production environment, it still shows "No Integration Keys found". Thanks.

Exposing enabled features in developer sandbox vs. production

Our team experienced a critical issue in going live from our developer app to our production app. API calls that worked seamlessly on sandbox failed on production. It appears that a feature, Enable In-Browser Editor, was missing on production, similar to the error reported here. We are incredulous as to why the feature would have been enabled in the sandbox but not in our production instance, if the sandbox was set up by the DocuSign team. An issue like this renders the GoLive instructions useless, if performed in a sandbox that cannot mirror production. In order to prevent a problem like this in the future, is it possible to expose the enabled features in the sandbox in order to cross-reference with production? We are also looking for clarification on which features are enabled for developer environments by default (developer apps) when configured by DocuSign on behalf of customers or if these are specific to each customer’s agreement. Thanks

How to make 20 Successfull API calls before review to Go Live?

Hi Learned Docusign Commuinty🙂 May I know how do we get those 20 successful calls before applying to review an app for Go Live to production environment? I mean I have tried API calls through Postman using the integration key and secret key created for the app but these 20 calls were not counted for the review! Will be grateful if any expert shares a solution to this issue. Thanks & regards,

Produciton enviroment App Go Live

HI We have built out and tested an app integration in the dev docusign environment and are looking to move it into production. Is there a go live process or workflow required by docusign for new apps that doesn’t exist in dev? Or is launching a new app in production the same as in dev? thanks

Production endpoint(URL) for requests

I am using REST API to connect my code to DocuSign. All is well in sandboxe but in the produciton request is failing with authentication error. I did notice that production URL changes and it not unique for all. I am using "https://demo.docusign.net/restapi" with Account ID and Integration Key appended. Please suggest on how to get that base URL for production.
