Go-live

We have successfully sent 20 API calls, submitted them for review, and marked the first task as complete. However, after submitting for go-live, it is still showing as 'Pending Approval.' Is there anything we need to do to expedite the approval process?

We submitted our app for Go Live approval on November 19th, after successfully passing the automated review of 20 API calls. However, the status has been stuck at "Pending review - Review may take up to 48 hours" ever since.Our product is already live, and this delay is causing significant issues for us. We urgently need this approval to proceed.

We have successfully passed automated review of 20 API calls and submitted app to go live. Go Live status is Pending approval. It was started on 12th of November so already 14 business days passed.  

I am currently developing an app in the sandbox DocuSign and want to go live to integrate it with my company’s CRM productIf I want to go live without paying any additional fees, I need to register as an ISV, right? And is there a fee to become a partner of DocuSign?I dont want to pay any, my customers will pay

All, I have made an integration and added the APIs in my application. Using this I have already created new user accounts and edited permission profiles on the DocuSign Developer account. But while requesting for a go-live review it shows 0 API calls. and the Dashboard shows no calls in 30 days. I have created and edited more than 30 users in this APIs. But none of this is captured. How do I record these calls in the API dashboard? 

We finished our integration with Docusign and we just wanted to create solutions landing page so that our mutual customers can find us on your site like this: https://partners.docusign.com/s/partnerfinder Anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

Hello everyone,We're excited to share that we've integrated DocuSign with Odoo for the first time, and everything is working perfectly! We’ve reached the go-live phase and, after around 20 API calls, we were able to activate it. Now, the app shows as live in production.However, we’re still seeing the message: “This document is for demonstration purposes only.”Are we missing something? Is there an additional step we need to take to remove this message and ensure the integration is fully live?Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Good afternoon,Currently we are using our production account for development of our product. This is proving limited due to the number of envelopes we require.Is it possible to use the developer sandbox environment for our development purposes using the same integration key? If this is possible would it have a knock on effect on our customers that are already using this integration key?Again, if this is possible would be then have to go through the process of converting it back to a production environment again, i.e. make 20 successful API calls?Thank you in advancePeter HaynesFocus Micro Systems

Recentemente eu criei um APP para realizar algumas integrações e após a finalização do desenvolvimento, realizei o processo de Go Live.Após a aprovação e selecionar a conta para qual deveria ser destinado, nada aconteceu.Meu app na conta de desenvolvimento é apresentando com o Enviroment Production, mas não consigo visualiza-lo na conta de produção.     Primeiro realizei o procedimento em uma conta de desenvolvedor, aguardei 3 dias úteis e não obtive sucesso.Realizei o mesmo procedimento em uma segunda conta de desenvolvedor e também não obtive sucesso.

1. pass the go-live review, 2. then select a go-live account,input the production admin email3.input passwordthen get error, does anyone have idea?I cant log a support ticket as DocuSign have blocked that now.Also my DocuSign Account Manager has left DocuSign and their email bounces back so can’t even email to get escalated. Any suggestions / help appreciated. 

We have set up an integration key in our developer account. I need to add a redirect URL but it is not letting me save this showing the message in the below image. I have tried this several times on different days but still no luck. Can you help me understand why this is happening and tell me how to resolve this?

Could you please grant me the necessary permissions, or log in on my behalf to assist with this request? they want to connect0000000@000000000Account #0000 how to connect this is user account(post edited due to personal information) 

Hi, I’m trying to use a Production Account of a client for Go-Live.However, my developer account does not have an administrator access to their account. The client refuses to give me a full administrator access because they are afraid that I’ll get access to all other unnecessary information.Is there any alternative to this?Thanks!

Asp.net MVC C# rest api when i run my code in localhost the code run properly but when in deployed code in server then show error PARTNER_AUTHENTICATION_FAILEDi 

 After changing my development account to a production account, the last step was to get this authorization code. I allowed access (granted permission) and tested it in Postman. I keep receiving this 400 error “Invalid Grant” “ Unauthorized Client”.  Has anyone encountered this error before? 

Hello,I would like to go live with developer account. Then I would delete that developer account (as its from different company than final integration). Is there any impact on prod integration after deleting developer account?

Our team experienced a critical issue in going live from our developer app to our production app. API calls that worked seamlessly on sandbox failed on production. It appears that a feature, Enable In-Browser Editor, was missing on production, similar to the error reported here. We are incredulous as to why the feature would have been enabled in the sandbox but not in our production instance, if the sandbox was set up by the DocuSign team. An issue like this renders the GoLive instructions useless, if performed in a sandbox that cannot mirror production. In order to prevent a problem like this in the future, is it possible to expose the enabled features in the sandbox in order to cross-reference with production?We are also looking for clarification on which features are enabled for developer environments by default (developer apps) when configured by DocuSign on behalf of customers or if these are specific to each customer’s agreement.  Thanks 

Hi Learned Docusign Commuinty🙂 May I know how do we get those 20 successful calls before applying to review an app for Go Live to production environment?I mean I have tried API calls through Postman using the integration key and secret key created for the app but these 20 calls were not counted for the review!Will be grateful if any expert shares a solution to this issue.Thanks & regards,  

I have issue in Apps and Integration Keys move to  live in production ,i need help to to solve this issue .

HIWe have built out and tested an app integration in the dev docusign environment  and are looking to move it into production. Is there a go live process or workflow required by docusign for new apps that doesn’t exist in dev? Or is launching a new app in production the same as in dev?thanks

I am using REST API to connect my code to DocuSign. All is well in sandboxe but in the produciton request is failing with authentication error. I did notice that production URL changes and it not unique for all. I am using "https://demo.docusign.net/restapi" with Account ID and Integration Key appended. Please suggest on how to get that base URL for production.
