Error when selecting the client account for promoting the app to production.

Hi,

 

Please help us with the below error in the screenshot. This happens when selecting the client account for promoting the app to production.

To pass the Go-Live review, your app must meet all the requirements for each API it uses, including making at least 20 consecutive successful API calls. Please access the documentation below for more information about the Go-Live requirements.

Hi ,

 

Thank you for the update. It worked.

After selecting the client account for live . Do our client need to verify their identity by using the ‘PowerForm Signer Information’  form?

As for your follow-up question, if the application requires manual review, they must complete and submit the Powerform Signer Information and pass identity verification. Our team will review the information provided for accuracy before the request is fully processed.
