Go-Live Issues

Hello guys, I need help ASAP!!

I’ve been testing on test environment, made my 20 successful api calls and now i’m trying to Go-Live by clicking on Actions > Select Go-Live Account. Then I proceed to log in and i get a HTTP 404 NOT FOUND error.
