How to upgrade Basic API plan

Hi, I would like to upgrade my Basic API plan so I can make an integration to Go-Live on production and remove the watermark on the envelopes.

Can someone tell me how to do this because when I go on ecom.docusign.com (logged in or not) I can’t choose a higher plan. 



And if I go to my admin account at “Billing and plan” I can’t upgrade there aswel

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.  

The reason why this option is not present whenever you attempt to change your plan is that it is not compatible with your account type. Developer account types will have certain limitations that other web accounts will not be subject to, such as removing the option of creating more than 1 user.

You are welcome to create a second account with the plan needed, under certain circumstances you might be able to re-use your email address.

Hi Mahmoud

I already have a developers account (without any plan) but I can’t buy any API plans. If I go to developers.docusign.com and login with my account and then proceed to go to “pricing” I see the same screen, no options to choose an API plan.
