We have successfully sent 20 API calls, submitted them for review, and marked the first task as complete. However, after submitting for go-live, it is still showing as 'Pending Approval.' Is there anything we need to do to expedite the approval process?

Go-Live reviews can take up to 7 days, we are processing them as we are able to. We don’t have an ETA at this time for the Go-Live review to be complete but once it is done, you will be able to promote it to your production account immediately.

Thank you for the update. However, it has already been over 7 days, and this delay is causing significant issues. Our site is live, users are waiting for this functionality, and our client is becoming increasingly unhappy with the situation.
 
We kindly request you to prioritize this review and let us know if there’s anything we can do to assist in expediting the process.
 
Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
