Issue with Go Live

Hi All,

My docusign app has passed the initial Go-Live review. As next steps for Go-live, I am performing the below actions,

  1. Click on Actions button next to the docusign App.
  2. Click on "Select Go-Live account".
  3. Accept Terms and Conditions.
  4. Update docusign prod email id in the next screen and click on "NEXT".

However I am getting below message after clicking on "NEXT". I have verified that the Docusign prod email id is having access to docusign prod. Request you to please help with this issue.

Error message:
User is not assigned to this application.

Hello ​@kapil775

By the screenshot the issue seems related to OKTA when you're redirected. If you can, try to disable OKTA while you try to perform the Go-Live. If the issue persists, please submit a ticket for Support Team to verify if they can work with this behavior related to OKTA.
