Can not found Apps and Integration Keys on production environment

Hi,

I have completed go-live process for my app on dev environment and status shows "App is live".

But I can not find the apps on production environment, it still shows "No Integration Keys found".

@Kalavinka223 - You might be able to see the configuration settings using the following link.

https://admin.docusign.com/apps-and-keys/XXXX

Replace the XXXX with the integration key you created in the Dev environment.

The app shows in the production environment now, I guess there is some delay after go-live.

Hi all!

I’m having the exact same issue, but when I try to access the admin panel directly by the address containing the key created in Dev environment, the screen keeps loading forever and I can’t see my app on production environment.
