Hi,

We have been working on getting an application up and running for our client, enabling them to send contracts for signing through DocuSign based on templates.

Here is a summary of our progress:

  • A developer account was created, and the application was written successfully.
  • API test calls were successful, and initial testing went smoothly.
  • We proceeded with the "Go Live" process, which initially seemed successful.

However, during the second step of the process, we encountered an issue where our review was unsuccessful, but no specific feedback was provided.

After reaching out to DocuSign support and going through several back-and-forth communications, we finally discovered the cause: we had missed filling out the power form. (If I recall correctly, this form used to appear when selecting the "Go Live" option, but with recent changes, it no longer seems to be offered during this process.)

Once the form was completed together with the client, the production environment was properly bound to the client’s subscription.

We tried to go live again, and now the status in the developer account shows "App is live" with a link to "view in production." However, when I click on this link, it redirects me to the client’s account, but there doesn’t seem to be an integration key present, and I can’t find a way to add the integration key.

Could you please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue?

Thank you for your assistance!

Hi Maurice,

I’m with the DocuSign Dev/API team.

I understand that you’re facing issues surrounding the integration key in your teams production environment.

Have you checked to see if the integration key is present under the production environment? To check,

Log into your Production Environment→ Admin/Settings→ Apps and Keys

Else, I would recommend creating a support case and our team can review which production environment the integration key is in.

Best,

DocuSing Support

Hi,

Thank you for your response.

I’ve checked, and it appears that the integration key is indeed missing from the production environment.

To help resolve this issue, I’ve created a support case: 14742056. I hope this will assist in identifying the problem.

Looking forward to your guidance and support in resolving this.

Best regards,
Maurice
