We submitted our app for Go Live approval on November 19th, after successfully passing the automated review of 20 API calls. However, the status has been stuck at "Pending review - Review may take up to 48 hours" ever since.

Our product is already live, and this delay is causing significant issues for us. We urgently need this approval to proceed.

The Docusign Go-Live review is usually an automated process with is done within 15 minutes and does not require any human interaction. Are you make 20 additional calls that are error free and re-submit? Otherwise you could just create a new integration key and do the 20 clean calls and promote that one.

Have you raised a ticket with Docusign Support to review?

Can you please create a support ticket for the DEV/API team so they can analyze the integration key and the Go-Live request?

Please, also add your iKey number to the ticket along with your company's Account ID.


Thank you both for your suggestions. We have already completed 27 API calls, all of which are error-free, and Sentry has not flagged any issues.

Additionally, we are considering submitting a support ticket for the support team to analyze the integration key and the Go-Live request. However, we are currently unable to find the correct support portal. Could you kindly provide us with a direct link?
