Go-live

Hello, community!I’m having trouble publishing my app to production. I had already started the process, but it was rejected due to not meeting the requirement of 20 test requests. After completing this step, I resubmitted the request, but now the go live status only shows “error”, without specifying what went wrong. In addition, I no longer have the option to resubmit. I reached out to support, and they advised me to look for a solution here in the community.

We've met the following criteria and we're thinking that this is a platform bug because what we're seeing in the go-live dashboard isn't reflecting the "declined" state that's indicated in Go-Live process documentation. We have a status of “Ready to submit” but received decline email. We have the IAM Standard subscription. Here are the criteria we're meeting:- We have, and are submitting this request from, a dev sandbox account and integration key- 20 or more successful API calls in a 24 hour period- Integration exclusively using OAuth 2.0 for authentication- Active production account with a plan activated (this account)- Admin privileges on both the dev and prod accounts- Review submitted via the actions -> go live process- Logs are clean- We’re thousands of calls below the rate limits- The go-live request attached to this message is the one that's been declined twiceWe’re not getting anything in the dev dashboard indicating a declined state, only that it’s ready to submit, even af

For three days, I have clicked the button for Promote to Production. I click through to my paid account, select the user there, and the system then says there will be a go live decision in 48 hours.24 hours later, I go back, and the Promote to Production.Looking to contact someone in Support fails, as the question mark only has the Support Center, and no option to contact support.How, exactly, do I go live if the automated system doesn’t work and there isn’t support to contact? Or do I need to rewrite my integration to use a service that actually works? 

I’m currently working on a project that uses the DocuSign API to automate envelope creation and integrate with other systems through webhooks. At the moment, I’m building and testing everything in a developer sandbox account. From what I understand, once we are ready to deploy, the developer account will go through the Go Live process and be promoted to a production account. My question is:Does the production account created from Go Live also have access to the 30-day free trial plan, or would it require moving directly onto a paid plan? I want to confirm this before we finalize our deployment plan. Thanks in advance for any clarification!

Hi,  I have created an app in demo developer account in docusign. I am using docusign api https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes  to send document to my website user on their signup as well to get document status. Now My testing is done, my app is approved but i try to promote app to go-live, it gives me error “these accounts don't support API integrations. Select a different production account to continue'. Now i have two queriesIs it happening due to the fact that my live account does not any plan yet? If i take developer api plan in live account, will i  be able to promote app from developer account and Api integration will keep working with live keys?Kindly help me on this as i am not able to find any relevant information regarding and i am really confused on which plan to take in order for API integration to work. i am aware that developer API plan has a envelope limit/month.Thanks in advance 

Hi, We are unable to go live with our company account and cannot login to the support centre to open a case either, even thou we manage to login to the actual signing and developer account, and it’s not a recently made account. This is the first problem.The second, more important issue is the API go-life. I try to follow the instructions and get this error integration key.What are we supposed to do?Who can help? Where can I find an actual support email or phone number? Reaching support shouldn’t be that difficult for a paid platform!

Hi,We have a free developer account which we have used to test our application’s DocuSign integration. We have two integrations (Implicit grant and a JWT grant) which both have passed go-live. We have a customer which is slated to use our application with the DocuSign integration enabled.What is the proccess for onboarding a customer in this scenario? Do I have to promote our integration keys into their production environment? We tried to connect the integrations to them via the “Select Go-Live Account” action in our dashboard, but when they entered their production credentials (which is an admin user in the production environment) they got an error.

I want to switch to production, submit the review and it shows review passed . Then I  promote to production   and selected a production account, which has the same email address as the development account,After a period of time，  I receive a [review declined], but there are no error messages，I don't know how to improve it 

Hi, I would like to upgrade my Basic API plan so I can make an integration to Go-Live on production and remove the watermark on the envelopes.Can someone tell me how to do this because when I go on ecom.docusign.com (logged in or not) I can’t choose a higher plan. And if I go to my admin account at “Billing and plan” I can’t upgrade there aswel

Hello,We have followed all the instructions on your Go-Live docs, but continue to receive a review declined. There is no reasoning available on the dashboard.We have lodged multiple support tickets and have been told they cannot assist us.How can we find the reason for the failed review? Other posts on the community have pointed to asking support with an integration ID, but support are adamant they cannot assist. Our API efficiency score is above 85 and our application polls every 90 minutes (well above the 15 minutes).Docusign - where can we find the failed reason? Can you please improve your developer experience? Thanks

Hi community,I need some help with the Go-Live process. I’m trying to get my Integration-Key into production since round about a month. There is no problem with the automatich review (20 successful API calls, no polling). But there seems to be some sort of manual review when I try to promote the Integration-Key to a production account. The first two times I tried it took 10-14 days and in the end the review was declined. Today I created a new Integration-Key and tried again and it got declined within a few hours.I actually have no idea why the promotion is declined. I didn’t get a mail or any sort of information about the decline.While waiting for the promotion the first time I created a support ticket with our production account and I was told that there is no support on basic API plan.So what are my options? Currently we’re paying for an API plan that we cannot use.Best regards,Dominik

Hi there.I have recently promoted an App from the Development Environment to Production. The intention is to replace an existing, live App already there. I do not see an option to ‘disable’ or deactivate the current live App. Any suggestions on this ?ThanksCB

At the moment my app passed review and its saying “Promote to production” with a green circle on the side.So these are my steps while trying to get on production:1.  Click on “Actions”2. Hi,We have been working on getting an application up and running for our client, enabling them to send contracts for signing through DocuSign based on templates.Here is a summary of our progress:A developer account was created, and the application was written successfully. API test calls were successful, and initial testing went smoothly. Hello guys, I need help ASAP!!I’ve been testing on test environment, made my 20 successful api calls and now i’m trying to Go-Live by clicking on Actions > Select Go-Live Account. Then I proceed to log in and i get a HTTP 404 NOT FOUND error.

As next steps for Go-live, I am performing the below actions,Click on Actions button next to the docusign App. Click on "Select Go-Live account". Accept Terms and Conditions. Update docusign prod email id in the next screen and click on "NEXT".However I am getting below message after clicking on "NEXT". I have verified that the Docusign prod email id is having access to docusign prod. when trying to go live with my docusign app, the first set of review passed but after i enter details of the production account, there seems to be another review which is declined without any reason.

We have submitted to go live multiple times. We get no details on WHY it keeps being declined, and it is extremely frustrating. Now I’m being routed here to post this, hoping someone can assist. Have no idea what in the heck we are doing wrong. Absolutely abysmal experience so far. 

Hi Successfully Complete 20 Attempts for Developer API testing, So when i click into Go Live then Status said , that can take upto 48 hours , but i am still waiting from last 7 Days for Approval, Docusign  is not Approving it .. Please help me to Approve it … i am very disappointed from Docusign Support , Very Very Confusing …  

Hi,I’ve developed an integration with Docusign, and initiated the review process multiple times after the integration has been rejected for unknown reasons. (The request logs that where supposed to tell me the reasons didn’t work). Now, I started the review process again but with a manual process through the support ticket I opened. I’m still waiting for their response until now. What can I do and who can I contact about that?
