then get error, does anyone have idea?
I cant log a support ticket as DocuSign have blocked that now. Also my DocuSign Account Manager has left DocuSign and their email bounces back so can’t even email to get escalated.
Any suggestions / help appreciated.

The message you found is about a change in the Company business scope. Customers with free support plan will not have access to advanced support past Aug 19th.
