2. then select a go-live account,input the production admin email

3.input password

then get error, does anyone have idea?

I cant log a support ticket as DocuSign have blocked that now.
Also my DocuSign Account Manager has left DocuSign and their email bounces back so can’t even email to get escalated.

 

Any suggestions / help appreciated. 

Randomly started working 5 hours later. nothing changed on my docusign end and same credentials. 

I call voodoo and black magic

Haha yeah i swear there is some sacrifice that gets made behind the scenes to the DocuSign gods
