promote to production got review declined

I want to switch to production, submit the review and it shows review passed . Then I promote to production and selected a production account, which has the same email address as the development account,After a period of time， I receive a [review declined], but there are no error messages，I don't know how to improve it

How to upgrade Basic API plan

Hi, I would like to upgrade my Basic API plan so I can make an integration to Go-Live on production and remove the watermark on the envelopes. Can someone tell me how to do this because when I go on ecom.docusign.com (logged in or not) I can’t choose a higher plan. And if I go to my admin account at “Billing and plan” I can’t upgrade there aswel

Go-Live Failed - No feedback on dashboard or available from support

Hello, We have followed all the instructions on your Go-Live docs, but continue to receive a review declined. There is no reasoning available on the dashboard. We have lodged multiple support tickets and have been told they cannot assist us. How can we find the reason for the failed review? Other posts on the community have pointed to asking support with an integration ID, but support are adamant they cannot assist. Our API efficiency score is above 85 and our application polls every 90 minutes (well above the 15 minutes). Docusign - where can we find the failed reason? Can you please improve your developer experience? Thanks

Go-Live Process takes very long and is declined eventually without further information

Hi community, I need some help with the Go-Live process. I’m trying to get my Integration-Key into production since round about a month. There is no problem with the automatich review (20 successful API calls, no polling). But there seems to be some sort of manual review when I try to promote the Integration-Key to a production account. The first two times I tried it took 10-14 days and in the end the review was declined. Today I created a new Integration-Key and tried again and it got declined within a few hours. I actually have no idea why the promotion is declined. I didn’t get a mail or any sort of information about the decline. While waiting for the promotion the first time I created a support ticket with our production account and I was told that there is no support on basic API plan. So what are my options? Currently we’re paying for an API plan that we cannot use. Best regards,Dominik

Disable App in eSign Production

Hi there. I have recently promoted an App from the Development Environment to Production. The intention is to replace an existing, live App already there. I do not see an option to ‘disable’ or deactivate the current live App. Any suggestions on this ? Thanks CB

Go Live Review failed

Hello! I have got a Go Live status: Review failed (See OAuth 2.0 migration options). After reading the doc I do not understand what we are doing wrong.Here are the 2 types of calls I do: /oauth/token /clickapi/v1/accounts/{accountId}/clickwraps/{clickWrapId}/agreements We have chosen JWT grant authentication. Go-Live HTTP 404 Page Not Found

Hey everyone, hoping yall doing well! I’m trying to Go-Live but have not succed in these past hours. At the moment my app passed review and its saying “Promote to production” with a green circle on the side. So these are my steps while trying to get on production: 1. Click on “Actions”2. Click on “Select Go-Live Account”3. Accept terms and click on “Accept”4. Open the pop-up5. Input email and password from my account (not the developer one) - eSignature Standard Plan And this is what I’m getting from it (HTTP 404 PAGE NOT FOUND): Can someone help me please​​​??!!!

Assistance Needed: Issues with Go Live Process and Missing Integration Key in DocuSign

Hi, We have been working on getting an application up and running for our client, enabling them to send contracts for signing through DocuSign based on templates. Here is a summary of our progress: A developer account was created, and the application was written successfully. API test calls were successful, and initial testing went smoothly. We proceeded with the "Go Live" process, which initially seemed successful. However, during the second step of the process, we encountered an issue where our review was unsuccessful, but no specific feedback was provided. After reaching out to DocuSign support and going through several back-and-forth communications, we finally discovered the cause: we had missed filling out the power form. (If I recall correctly, this form used to appear when selecting the "Go Live" option, but with recent changes, it no longer seems to be offered during this process.) Issue with Go Live

Hi All, My docusign app has passed the initial Go-Live review. As next steps for Go-live, I am performing the below actions, Click on Actions button next to the docusign App. Click on "Select Go-Live account". Accept Terms and Conditions. Update docusign prod email id in the next screen and click on "NEXT". However I am getting below message after clicking on "NEXT". I have verified that the Docusign prod email id is having access to docusign prod. Request you to please help with this issue. Error message: User is not assigned to this application. Keep getting review declined with no indication of why

We have submitted to go live multiple times. We get no details on WHY it keeps being declined, and it is extremely frustrating. Now I’m being routed here to post this, hoping someone can assist. Have no idea what in the heck we are doing wrong. Absolutely abysmal experience so far.

Developer Go live is not Approving from last 7 Days

Hi Successfully Complete 20 Attempts for Developer API testing, So when i click into Go Live then Status said , that can take upto 48 hours , but i am still waiting from last 7 Days for Approval, Docusign is not Approving it .. Please help me to Approve it … i am very disappointed from Docusign Support , Very Very Confusing …

Integration in a very long Go Live Review

Hi, I’ve developed an integration with Docusign, and initiated the review process multiple times after the integration has been rejected for unknown reasons. (The request logs that where supposed to tell me the reasons didn’t work). Now, I started the review process again but with a manual process through the support ticket I opened. I’m still waiting for their response until now. What can I do and who can I contact about that?

We submitted the app and integration for go-live a week ago, but it is still showing as 'Pending Approval.

We have successfully sent 20 API calls, submitted them for review, and marked the first task as complete. However, after submitting for go-live, it is still showing as 'Pending Approval.' Is there anything we need to do to expedite the approval process?

Prolonged go live approval causing issues

We submitted our app for Go Live approval on November 19th, after successfully passing the automated review of 20 API calls. However, the status has been stuck at "Pending review - Review may take up to 48 hours" ever since. Our product is already live, and this delay is causing significant issues for us. We urgently need this approval to proceed.

We have successfully passed automated review of 20 API calls and submitted app to go live. Go Live status is Pending approval. It was started on 12th of November so already 14 business days passed.

If I register as an ISV partner, I won’t need to pay any additional fees to go live with the app in production, right?

I am currently developing an app in the sandbox DocuSign and want to go live to integrate it with my company’s CRM productIf I want to go live without paying any additional fees, I need to register as an ISV, right? And is there a fee to become a partner of DocuSign? I dont want to pay any, my customers will pay

API calls are not recorded in the API dashboard. what to do?

All, I have made an integration and added the APIs in my application. Using this I have already created new user accounts and edited permission profiles on the DocuSign Developer account. But while requesting for a go-live review it shows 0 API calls. and the Dashboard shows no calls in 30 days. I have created and edited more than 30 users in this APIs. But none of this is captured. How do I record these calls in the API dashboard?

Demostration message after go Live

Hello everyone, We're excited to share that we've integrated DocuSign with Odoo for the first time, and everything is working perfectly! We’ve reached the go-live phase and, after around 20 API calls, we were able to activate it. Now, the app shows as live in production. However, we’re still seeing the message: “This document is for demonstration purposes only.” Are we missing something? Is there an additional step we need to take to remove this message and ensure the integration is fully live? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Revert to sandbox from production

Good afternoon, Currently we are using our production account for development of our product. This is proving limited due to the number of envelopes we require. Is it possible to use the developer sandbox environment for our development purposes using the same integration key? If this is possible would it have a knock on effect on our customers that are already using this integration key? Again, if this is possible would be then have to go through the process of converting it back to a production environment again, i.e. make 20 successful API calls? Recentemente eu criei um APP para realizar algumas integrações e após a finalização do desenvolvimento, realizei o processo de Go Live. Após a aprovação e selecionar a conta para qual deveria ser destinado, nada aconteceu. Meu app na conta de desenvolvimento é apresentando com o Enviroment Production, mas não consigo visualiza-lo na conta de produção. Primeiro realizei o procedimento em uma conta de desenvolvedor, aguardei 3 dias úteis e não obtive sucesso. Realizei o mesmo procedimento em uma segunda conta de desenvolvedor e também não obtive sucesso.

Golive issue

1. pass the go-live review, 2. then select a go-live account,input the production admin email 3.input password then get error, does anyone have idea? I cant log a support ticket as DocuSign have blocked that now.Also my DocuSign Account Manager has left DocuSign and their email bounces back so can’t even email to get escalated. Any suggestions / help appreciated.
