I can see doc’s needing action and when I attempt to sign, I get

“We couldn't find the page you're looking for”

When I use the docusign app I am able to sign.

I use pihole (DNS filter) and have whitelisted apps.docusign.com but that didn’t change anything.

Laptop is a fully up to date MacBook Pro using Firefox.  Just started a session with Chrome, no issue there…  I will finish in Chrome.  Not my preferred browser.

I have approved MANY docs over the years, but this issue only started recently.

Firefox issue or Docusign?

Hello @eeandersen,

Welcome to the Docusign Community!

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue. Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • If the problem only occurs in Firefox, try clearing cache/cookies or, if needed, reinstalling the browser.

  • Try accessing DocuSign in Firefox’s private/incognito mode.

  • Confirm whether the issue persists when connected to a different network, such as a mobile hotspot.

  • Whitelist all Docusign domains (not just apps.docusign.com) in Pi-hole. Domains are listed here: FAQ for Docusign Networking

I hope this will help resolve the issue. Please let me know how it goes after trying these steps.

i kept the reply window open as i tried your suggestions.  i composed a lengthy reply detailing my failures at every step.  But, do you know what?  My reply timed out and dropped me.  Reply gone.  Boy, was i mad.  The words are gone but the lesson remains.  My DNS white lists made no difference, private/incognito. nothing…

Not until i disabled my BHOs: Privacy Badger and/or UBlock Origin caused the fail.  I suspect I can whitelist within those extensions, but enough frustration for the moment.  Can’t give you, Jenny, a Best Answer, but that (disabling privacy extensions) did it.
