Há uns 2 meses atras, nossa conta estava ativa, o plano era anual e provavelmente deu o periodo de renovação do plano, não atualizaram a forma de pagamento e desabilitaram nossa conta.
Hoje ao tentar acessar, apareceu uma mensagem falando que a conta não existe.
Como faço para habilitar a conta novamente, pagando o plano anual?
