Your issue could be one of the following:
- File is too large or too complex
- File format is causing conversion failure
- Browser/network interrupted the upload
You may try these in order:
1. Reduce the file size
- Compress PDF or re-save it
- If Excel/Word 👉convert to PDF first
2. Rename the file
- Remove all special characters
3. test with a simple file
- Upload a 1-page PDF. If it works, the issue is your original file.
4. Switch environment
Try to use Chrome, incognito, or try another network.
