Strike-Through Feature

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! I completely understand how frustrating it can be when a feature you’ve relied on for years is no longer available. 
The strike-through feature is available only in certain subscription plans. If your current plan doesn’t include it, the strike-through option will not appear in the markup toolbar.
To further check, is the email address in question the same as the one you use here in Community?

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.

I had the correct plan but someone from Docusign had me uncheck a box that was in Settings so that my plan reverted back to the old way prior to an update. I\ have all the mark-up features  back now. I should have been told about it so that I had a choice when things changed but it’s all resolved now and so all is good.
