Signatories do not receive a copy of signed documents when the documents are completed, they just receive a notification that the document was executed, how to send them copies of the documents they signed-off, not all of them?

Recipients are able to edit filled fields of a pdf document.

Dear Team,I simply want to get signatures of few of my colleagues on a pdf form which had fillable fields. I have already filled the fields and strictly want them to only be able to read and sign the pdf document. but as I upload that pdf document and add recipients and press Next button (in the bottom). I land inside my documents. I see that my form fields have become editable for all the recipients and lots of additional fillable text fields gets added in the form. I didn’t expect this behavior from DocuSign platform. I just want the recipients to be able to read and sign at the place I place sign-holder for them. I search net to find solution of this issue. I only came across a thread about adding AutoPlace holder. where in the questioner clearly requested for solution to completely disable auto populating field feature of DocuSign. I tried but failed. I am totally confused as this doesn’t resolve my issue. Please try to help me in the easiest way possible I am novice to this platfo

Document Decline Reasons - visible for everyone?

When a signer “declines to sign”, other recipients are sent a notification that is has been declined by someone, but the reason itself is sent only to the sender. Is there a way to ensure recipients also receive this notification? Particularly interested as we use powerforms, meaning the sender can be a generic user and not the true “sender” Thanks

My issue is that a client’s DocuSign requests are rejected as “The email account that you tried to reach does not exist,” but regular emails to the same address go through. Not sure why the DocuSign emails are being flagged as “wrong address.”

Is it possible to test QES in the 30-day-trial period? If I follow “Send with QES” https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=xcm1643837555908&topicId=wjg1635415874371.html&_LANG=enus, th Option “Add identity verification ” is not offered in “”CUSTOMIZE”.

I want my DocuSign DELETED.

My eSign account was created by my employer on my behalf.It worked for about 6 months. Then, boom!I suspect that the reason I cannot verify myself is that my country of origin has bought “our” passport creation process from a Chinese source.Just spoke with support, nothing can be done.I have been trying to sign for a YEAR now. (06/11/2023)I CANNOT SIGN A THING.My residence permit is also not allowed.Is there ANY WAY I can get my account deleted? This is all I want now, thanks but NO thanks.

Create a Template along with docGenFormFields through Docusign UI

Hi, I see we have two options to create a template via the docusign UI. One is to create it manually following the steps and the other is by uploading a json to create template. When i create the template by following the steps manually from the UI, i am unable to attach the docGenFormFields similar to what i could do when i uploaded a json to create template. Is there a reason why i cannot add the fields to the template when i follow the manual path?

New user can-'t see templates

We have around 115 users, which all get templates by group ‘everyone’. Our newest user can’t see any templates. Her account was created as always. We re-created the account already. Has anyone seen this behaviour before? I checked all permissions. Any ideas welcome! Thanks in advance.

Adding the Day of the month to a docusign but NOT the entire date.

Some of our letters need only the day of the month and not the entire date. When I try to access the settings, it does not allow me to modify.For Example it will say On this day _____, of March 2024. But Docusign wont allow me to change the settings.

Docusign has not been functioning correctly for 3 days.I can log in, create an envelop, upload the document, and then the application stops, a blank page is displayed and nothing move. I have not been able to sign anything for 3 days.I have tried egde and chrome, PDFs and DOCs…Is there a solution to this? Of course SUPPORT is useless...so here I am...last attempt

Chaining co-dependent documents for signature with a single sendout

Hello.Premise I am new to DocuSign and have a time-constrained task to perform, so apologies in advance for my ignorance on the topic and for raising the question directly to the community (I promise I’ll read the documentation in the meantime).I need to send 3 documents to some customers and was wondering:if I could chain the documents so that I would not have to send 3 separate links if I could create a dependency amongst them (so, if a customer signs document 1 they can see document 2; if they sign document 2 they can see document 3).If the above is doable, would you mind sharing how?Thanks

Please note that we have an enquiry related to the signing order and I don’t know how I can request support on it. Can you please assist me? The enquiry relates to the case as this is descripted below: A user inputs a document for signature with 5 signees in sequence. Hi DocuSign, I received an email from DocuSign Tax Department <taxid@docusign.com>advising me to update ABN information. I found it weird as I am pretty sure that I have already provided an ABN when I Sign up with DocuSign. Please see attached the details of their email and DocuSign IT Team, please do something about this scam. They are using your name and it’s very deceptive, they need to stop. If it turns out that this is legit, please let me know so I can make necessary update to the account.

Bulk Send - Line break / carriage return in CSV

Hi All,Is it possible at all to have a line break, e.g. \r\n within the CSV for particular text fields?An example would be a custom field for addresses, so rather than have:1 The Close, Best City, BC01 0BCInstead it’s:1 The CloseBest CityBC01 0BCI’ve tried a few variations (\r\n, \r, \n, \\n, \\r) but each time the backslash just escapes the next character and returns whitespace rather than a line break. I’ve also tried double quotes around the text with an actual new line but the import process then thinks this is a new row.Thanks,Matt

This Document is now complete

I created a powerform to distribute to volunteers via a link so that I dont have to email each individual the same form. However, when I click on the link from a personal email to test the form, it says “this document is now complete” without having any of the fillable fields filled in and submitted.
