When installing PKI Docusign, the platform still does not identify the presence of the software on the machine. And I also tried to sign using the alternative method you have on your website, I have suppliers who send me contracts to sign from docusign. Is there anything that can be done to solve my problem?

When A, B, and C personal accounts in a certain department are being used in the Admin account with permission to use, I want to give permission to D personal accounts in other departments in the Admin account.At this time, I would like to know if D can use Docusign without allowing D personal accounts to view documents from existing A, B, C personal accounts.I would like to know if each department can restrict access rights.2. If I create an Admin account for each department and want to authorize it by creating a higher Admin account above it,please check if I can transfer documents, and works from the department's Admin account to a higher management account.

Dear DocuSign Support,I would like to ask about the possibilities of automating the process of filling in DocuSign templates using data from an Excel file.Currently, I need to manually enter recipient details and custom fields for each document. To speed up the workflow, I would like to know: Does DocuSign support bulk sending where recipient and field data can be imported directly from an Excel (or CSV) file? If so, could you provide guidance or documentation on how to configure the template fields so that they map correctly to the Excel/CSV columns? I seem to have hit a limit in envelope creation so upgraded my account and now envelope creation should be unlimited….I need to be able to keep testing/developing, how do I reset 

Hello - on a prior/older version of a template that is accessed through a powerform, the person accessing the form is prompted to input their name/email (which is used to notify them to sign if they stop halfway through).A new version of the form, I created and matched the settings on it to the prior version. But the user is no longer prompted to enter their name/email. They are prompted to acknowledge the validity of esignatures, and at the end of the signature process they can download a copy of the signed document, but the signer’s esignature is not being collected. I want that, and hoping someone can point me to the right place. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I’m in urgent need of help.I have a paid DocuSign subscription, but my account suddenly shows as suspended. I can still log into the main DocuSign dashboard using my usual credentials, but I cannot send envelopes or use my subscription features.Worse — I cannot log into the Support Center to submit a case or request help. When I try to submit a request or open a case, the system logs me out. I've tried different browsers and devices, and nothing changes.There is no phone number available to call for help anymore, and I can't request a callback without getting logged out again.I urgently need access to my account and/or a way to: Reinstate my subscription (which I paid for) Speak with someone in billing or technical support Open a case manually outside of the Support Center Please escalate this — I’m locked out of support even though I’m a paying customer. I am receiving notifications for signature requests in the App, but not through email as of today.  I checked and the domain for Docusign is not blacklisted.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am a Docusign admin for my organization. i have a user who needs to occasionally send an envelope that must be signed using a drawn signature. This is NOT something we want to require across the organization. I want the user to be able to add that requirement at the time he sets up the envelope.  Is this possible?

Having done the identification process with the DocuSign twice on video, I am being asked to go through identification process once again for 3rd time. I logged in to DocuSign beforehand, tried Review Document link, Access Documents but it still asks to go through identification process. Hi everyone,I had a few queries around the Template matching and general restrictions which can be applied to users. The users are Bank Staff sending out confidential and critical onboarding/contract documents to customers for their signatures.Can we prevent users from sending out envelopes with uploaded documents where the document has not been template matched, as-in a hard block? We’ve experimented with the Sending settings feature - “Require a template for all envelopes sent from this account”; however, bankers can still get around this by selecting ‘Advanced edit’ and adding additional documents to the envelope canvas which are not template matched, before sending them out.Is there any setting which blocks the ‘Send’ option when a document has not been Auto-template matched. For example, a banker has uploaded a document and it's not auto-template matched for legit reasons, can we prevent the banker user from sending out that envelope?Would love to receive feedback and options on h

hi,My IT team updated their Zscaler allowed list to include .docusign.net.  How can I test this to make sure that everything is ready to go when the migration to Azure happens?

I would like to use AI to check the completeness and accuracy of contracts prepared by Professional Advisors and then sent to my company for signature via their Docusign account.I need to ensure these Advisors, who work for different companies, each of which has its company-specific forms, have prepared the forms for my signature correctly and completely. Is there a preferred approach  to accomplish this task BEFORE signing or can I only do it AFTER I have signed and returned the document and received a pdf copy of the fully executed contract in my Docusign account?  Any guidance will be much appreciated.

I receive notices that I have a document to sign; however, it tells me that the site can’t be reached and indicates that the connection was reset.  I can view the document but it gives the error when I click “sign”.  I even tried sending a document to myself.  I can send the document but it won’t even let me sign a document that I just created.

I read this help article, https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&t=1756499814451&bundleId=izj1586134369853&topicId=xna1586134322115.html&_LANG=enus and it says at the bottom I should be able to create a text field for my signers in my Gen Template. Is this accurate? I do not have that option. Is there another way to add custom fields I want the signer to fill out on my Gen Template?  

We are creating a rather complex document / form for someone to sign.  They need to answer questions (yes/no and true/false) and are using conditional formatting for a few of them as well.  However, we would like to test out the form before sending it but it seems like the only way to test is to send it to ourselves.  Is there any way a document can be viewed/tested without going through the signing process?  It would be a big help!  Thanks.

I have selected 2 check boxes.  I have added one check box, clicked on the + sign and created a group. I have selected  “Select only one” under the validation tab.  When I send a test, it allows the signer to select both check boxes in the group. I have also tried selecting “at most one” under validation and the same thing happens. 

I’m doing some research to determine how my organization is using DocuSign.  I pulled the envelope recipient report just out of curiosity at first, because I thought it would be too detailed to be useful. However, I noticed that several recipients are getting large numbers of duplicates that I don’t think could possibly be from human error. For example, one recipient got the same document 141 times, as 141 different envelopes. I’m not having much luck talking to a human from DocuSign, but wonder what folks think. I also want to be able to determine if it’s an issue on our end, because we seem to have some automated sending...

However, I have a free personal account, so I’m not sure if this is a feature on my account. Is there any other way to remove this frame? It’s making it hard for me to read the other text.
