Missing Admin menue point of signature types

Hi, 

i don’t have the menu point of signature types in the admin section. do I have to set something in advcane in eg. Organisation level to get this?

If you don’t see “Signature Types” in the Admin menu, it’s typically because the feature isn’t included or enabled in your current DocuSign plan. Some signature type options (like advanced or qualified signatures) are plan-based or paid add-ons, so they won’t appear unless your account has access to them.

Please check your plan details under the Billing/Plan Section. If it is included in your plan and still doesn’t appear, I recommend reaching out to our support team by creating a support case so they can check whether a back-end setting needs to be enabled.

Hello, it is not possible to select the billing section because this is even not accessible.

I’m sorry to hear that the issue is still unresolved. As you mentioned, the plan and billing section is not accessible. Did you encounter any error message when you tried to access it?
You can also use incognito or a different browser to log in to your account and see if you can access the plan and billing after.
