I cannot find a way of getting two different signatures from one individual from the webform to map to the template. How do I do this?

Hello @LG831

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community! Great to have you here.

I understand how important it is to get your document mapping exactly right, and I’m happy to help you resolve this configuration.

To have two signatures appear for one individual, you must add two recipients to your template’s recipient list. By assigning two separate recipient roles (even if for the same person), you can place two distinct signature fields. Once configured, you can run the template as a web form again.

Please note that the signer can only toggle between different signature types if they have an active Docusign Account with pre-configured signature styles.

See this link on how to set up different signature styles: Change your signature or adopt a custom signature

Thank you! Let me know if you have any questions.
