Lost Contract

I signed a contract a few year ago and I can’t seem to find the contract. It was initiated by another company and I didn’t have a docusign login at the time. The emailed copy of the contract I believe has been deleted. Is there a way to pull it out of the archives?

If you can’t find the email link/document ID maybe you could ask the issuing company if they can resend the link?

I am the issuing company. The envelope was signed by an internal person, then sent and signed by the customer, then sent to a final internal person who has never received it after multiple resends
