We used to be able to see if the percipient has viewed the file . That option seems to have been deleted. Is there a way to see if file was viewed?

I’m sorry that you are having an issue with the recipient's viewed actions not showing on your end. Let me help you with this.
To better assist, could you please provide the Envelope ID and a screenshot of the issue? I’ll be glad to take a closer look and identify the cause. (Please remove any PII in the screenshot)
