Hi ,  I am calling docusign for using create envelope method .But I get the following error message . Is anyone familiar with this ? Thanks . Error=This User lacks sufficient permissions. User does not have the permision to the CreateEnvelopeFromTemplates method

i have been sending documents to email address that are not .comi have been sending documents to email addresses that end in .tech and it doesn’t go thru. anyone experience this?

Why must you keep backtracking and forcing senseless clicks for the user? This is the second time in less than a year, that the online DocuSign page forces extra clicks for every item sent after the first one. Previously, you could send multiple items and after each one, the Home page would be displayed with the shortcut to your template that would allow you to seamlessly start the next one, next it went to 3 times that it would take you back to home, then 2 times, now not at all. No, now after the item is sent, the navigation stays in the Sent folder which is not helpful at all. Not only that but the sent confirmation message that includes the statement about your environmental impact is displayed 4 TIMES! for each and every item sent. Someone make me understand why user convenience appears to be secondary.  At this point, I’d rather attach the document to my email and have it executed and returned the same way. 

I cancelled my Docusign plan that I’ve had for years in preparation for my maternity leave and not needing the service during that time. I cancelled with plenty of time before my annual renewal was due and received confirmation of such. I have now been charged for another year out of the blue, with not even an invoice to show for it. As I am now on a free plan, I can’t contact anyone to resolve this issue and have been going round in circles trying to figure out how to resolve this. I even resorted to calling sales and they said they would put a case in for me, which they didn’t end up doing. When I called up again to check in, the woman on the phone was rude and dismissive. I would like a refund asap but am at a loss to figure out how to do so. 

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and this “make a case” process that does not work well. When I started with DocuSign, I was told it would be mobile phone and tablet friendly. It is not in my experience so far. I tried to appeal the refund policy as we paid for the whole year and would to cancel after only using it for 5 months. I am so disturbed by the person I spoke to on the phone, named “Charlie” from sales. I called Sales because it was the only way to speak to an actual person. I submitted 3 cases on the same issue and have not received a single call back after I provided the number. I got an email that says “we can’t help you,” but they will take my business’s money. DocuSign please take responsibility for false advertising and for poor customer service. I'm sure not every employee that works for Docusign is like “Charlie,” but because of him, it has worsened my experience. I would like a refund for the months I was used

I want to know if docusign support PDF/A?Once a document is signed in DS, they will be PDF/A compliant?

Hello,We are implementing DocuSign in our company, and I have a few questions. Is it possible to enforce MFA at the first login (sign-up) for all users? If so, how? The “Combine all PDFs into one file” feature does not include the verification ID in the merged document. Is there a way to enable this? Thank you for your answers !

'I want to use it to send out HR protocols so staff can read, sign and return for our records. I just restarted using it and used to sent a trial docusign to myself and another staff.  IT worked but I received another billing when my account is not even a year old (for amount of $300 plus)

Hello Everyone, I am working on building an envelope template for my HR department tax form. The HR user will just fill out this form with all required fields and send it to the employee to sign. This HR user has an account on Docusign, and the employee doesn’t have a Docusign account. the HR user will just log in and use my template to send that envelope to the employees. Based on my description, how many recipients should I add to the recipients list in my template? And what are the roles? We prefer to send only one email to the employee to sign the form.  Thanks 

When creating an envelope I drag and drop a pdf from Monday.com but it seems to only grab the first page. Has anyone else been able to figure out how to get the entire file?

Help us solve the problem in DocGen. Everything was working fine until last month. I have developed a script that generates a csv document for batch document generation. In one of the text lines I used text formatting with the character “\n”. It used to work, but now in the generated document this character is displayed as \n instead of a newline. What do I have to do to make it work again?

I have a final document that says that I signed it.  Under “Signed” it gives the link for “signed in location”.   When I click on the link it says it could not find my geolocation.  I believe this document was forged with my virtual signature.  It is a lease agreement.  The leaser has a “signed in location” link that leads to their address, but my link leads to nothing.  Can this happen?  I am looking for proof that this document was forged.  Thank you.

When opening the embedded URL using focussed view can we set a default zoom value. By zoom i mean the magnification. Lets say i want to set it to 100%

Hello,I send documents out to be signed by lots of different people in my region. I have noticed that signatures without a DocuSign account are dated correctly however signatures from those who have a DocuSign account but haven’t gone so far as to change their region settings are coming through in the default pacific time zone. Given the number of recipients I send to, it’s not practical to ask them to check their region settings before sending a document. It seems a design fault that all signer accounts are set to a default of PST for the time zone.Is there a way to take sender’s time zone for signatures instead? Or any suggested workaround?Thank you

I have been charged for April’s subscription but downgraded to the free service in March.  I cannot file a support case because my subscription doesn’t cover that.  There is no one to contact and every chat refers me to the support case option.  Any help out there?

Hi, maybe someone knows how to handle this error. When adding a custom field (or more try to) it states: “This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use custom tab.”I´ve tried to add it undr “My Preferences” and i have an admin account and i´m within the administration group, so i should have sufficient right to do so. Is there any global setting that prevents me from setting up an custom field?  All the best and thanks for your help!  

When our bank started using DocuSign we were ‘masking’ account numbers within the document names, but I can’t remember why we were doing this.  Does anyone know what the risk is for the customer if we don’t mask?  Thanks, Sharon

I need to speak with someone in support, but cannot submit a support ticket or get anyone on the phone to answer my question. I need to change my user name so that it is correct when emails are sent to my customers. I have tried to update it under Admin, Users, Actions, Edit, but I keep getting an error message “An error occurred while getting user detail”.  I need to change a simple thing and cannot get anyone interact with me in any way from DocuSign!  

Hi,Looking for some advice here.My client uses Docusign for a variety of purposes and has two main workflows:One form is sent to users via a Power Form url (in an email message). The user completes the document, submits it and should be taken back to the client’s website. Another set of forms is handled manually. The client adds a document, sets the signing order, email subject and message, and expiration + due dates. Then they set the signing fields on the document and hit send. In this case, they don’t want the users to be redirected back to their website. They prefer just having the default experience where the user remains on the Docusign site with a message telling them that they’re done.We recently added a Brand to their account with some redirect urls in it.
