Template Bulk Send - Matching Role and Envelope Errors
I am using a template to do a large bulk send. I have created the csv file and upon loading it. I get the error:
Role Missing: name or Email.
Envelope Entries: Client Name, Client Email, Client Report Name
I have ‘client’ in the Role field but was told to leave the name and email address field blank as it will pick these up from the csv file. If I accept these changes it still comes up with an error. Where and what do i need to input to get rid of these errors (in English please) . Thanks.

The error is likely caused by missing or blank values in required fields or incorrect column headers.
Can you try to edit the template?
Make sure you have a data label for each required field > then save your template
Use your template > click Advanced Edit > select Bulk send and download the Sample CSV file; it will automatically populate a column based on the fields you added to your envelope.
Here’s a sample: There are three text fields on the envelope, and I applied a data label to each field (Client Name, Client Email, Client Report Name)
Columns A and B - is your recipient’s name and Email ( this is where the envelope will be sent )
Columns C, D, and E are the information that will be applied to the envelope based on the information provided on the CSV file.
Make sure to fill it all in and save> Upload the CSV file.
