Why is removing frame disabled?

If you do not see the setting in our account, it is most likely that it is not enabled for customization in the backend, so support does have to intervene to have that setting enabled. However, depending on your plan type it might or might not be possible, in that case support would also have to assist in turning the account setting to draw only: Choose your plan

Thanks for the response. a question what type of plan should I select to have that option enabled?


@Rod324234, first you should try to reach out to DS support team, if they can enable it from backend so you do not have to change plan but if they cannot, then will provide the further information and plan details with you.
