If you do not see the setting in our account, it is most likely that it is not enabled for customization in the backend, so support does have to intervene to have that setting enabled. However, depending on your plan type it might or might not be possible, in that case support would also have to assist in turning the account setting to draw only: Choose your plan

Hi, it is clear on how to manage frame around the signature. However, whatever setting we apply to signature same settings are being applied to stamp. We would like to be able to manage frame around the stamp separately as stamp using is vital in our organization in compliance with local legislation. Currently we are forced to remove frame around the signature as whenever frame is applied to stamp it looks very awkward and takes a lot of space on the document. However, by removing frame around the signature we are losing unique identification of DocuSign. I raised same ticket with support team for the second time since last year but being told that even with IAM that we have purchase recently, feature to set up individual frame around the stamp is not available in DS.
