I just sign up for Docusign. I previously had a free Docusign account and cancelled my DropBox sign account. I now have a paid subscription. I am in real estate. I cannot access the the Forms Library to integrate with DocUsign and it appears that I can not access support because the Docusign system thinks I have a free account. I have contacted support but noone will call back. I am getting no where. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Admin Tab > Sending Settings > Scroll all the way down and enable Dropbox as a source.
