Hi there,

 

I’m trying to get past invoices paid but I can not retrieved them and the support is not answering, I need those 2025 invoices asap. I used to be able to do it, but since I moved to a free plan I cannot see them.

Welcome to the Docusign Community! We greatly appreciate your participation here. I understand you need to get a copy of your invoice, but you haven't gotten any response from Support. I can imagine how frustrating this must be, and I sincerely apologize. Rest assured that I will try my best to help you.

Only Docusign Support can provide an invoice for free accounts. If you have a case number, please share it with me in a private message along with your email address and account number. This will help us check the status of your case and make some follow-ups.
