Still getting this message of “Envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded” not sure why this keeps happening

I understand your issue with the banner displaying the message "Envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded". I sincerely apologize for this.

I have a few questions:

Do you have an active Docusign subscription? If so, have you checked whether your usage exceeds the allowance on your purchased plan? More information here: FAQ: Managing Your Docusign eSignature Envelopes. The Administrator can check the account subscription details by going to Admin >  Plan and Billing. While envelope usage is by running an envelope report, following this article: Envelope Report
