I received my bill dated April 29, 2025 today and noticed that my bank account was swiped for over $600.00 today for docusign.  I only have one subscription and belive this to be an error and request a refund.  Can someone in customer service please contact me immediately?  Thank you.

However, due to the sensitivity of billing matters, we are unable to discuss them on this public forum. Please open a support case so our expert team can review your account. To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case.” Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center
