Auto-Reformatting PDFs

I understand your PDFs are being auto-resized to be huge or so small that they cannot be read when uploading them in Docusign. I sincerely apologize. Let's work together to sort this out.

I just have a few questions:

• Would you happen to have sample screenshots of the issue? Please hide any personally identifiable information, as this forum is public.
• What are the file size/s of the documents you uploaded?
