UNABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE, UNABLE TO OPEN A CASE, UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING AND IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 10 DAYS WITH THE ACCOUNT
Every time I try to open a case, I need to login but none of the options work for me, all I get are error messages. It’s been 10 days. Unable to create a powerform, unable to use my template. UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING I paid for, I need to create a powerform to have people that access my website to sign the form, IT DOESN’T ALLOW ME TO DO ANYTHING, every time I create something I need to have a signer, or add someone’s email… NOT WHAT I WANT… HELP, H.E.L.P.

I am sorry to hear about the issue with case creation, and I understand that this is causing some delays with the support you need with your Powerform. Rest assured, I will make every effort to assist you.
May you please perform the troubleshooting below and test again, creating a case:
Check if the browser needs to be updated.
Log out and Log back into the account.
Clear history and cache/cookies and set it to "All time."
Try a different browser(s).
Try to use Incognito.
Different Internet network such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
Regarding the issue requiring you to have a signer or add someone's email, kindly confirm if this is from the Template or Powerform? The Template only requires having a Recipient Role. Please see the video: Docusign eSignature: How to Create a Template - YouTube

I have now created the case, I am still having issues with creating the PowerForm, when selecting my template it gives me an error with no specifications, so I don’t know what’s wrong. I have already requested my call. Waiting now…
Mr. Daryl emailed me saying that he apologizes for missing my call because he “wasn’t able to connect” but now, it’s been two days and he hasn’t replied back, and I am still UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING with an account worth almost 400 dollars. I am so disappointed by the customer service quality in this company. I need SOMEONE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ME.
Mr Daryl, sents me an email saying “To create a PowerForm in DocuSign, you need PowerForm Administrator permissions and a DocuSign template” then he proceeds to tell me “You can then create a PowerForm from the template by navigating to the Templates page, finding the desired template, selecting" Use > Create PowerForm ", and following the steps to customize the PowerForm.”
Don't you think Mr. Daryl that you forgot to tell me HOW DO I GET POWERFORM ADMINISTRATOR PERMISSIONS? I upgraded to have access to PowerForms SINCE DAY 1, and I am also the owner of the account SINCE CREATION, TO WHOM should I ask for permission? TO OUR HEAVENLY FATHER?
SINCE DAY 1 I HAVE ALSO CREATED MY DOCUSIGN TEMPLATE, BUT EVERY TIME I TRY USING IT, YOUR SYSTEM TELLS ME WITHOUT GIVING A REASON THAT I CANNOT USE IT. IT SHOULD TELL ME AT LEAST WHY?! SO I CAN FIX WHATEVER NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT HERE?!
