Signing Fields for Multiple Users

I’ve created an envelope I need to send to 45 people to have signed. I added the document and all 45 recipients. They all need to sign the form individually using the same fields. I added the fields but the color coding leads me to believe it’s only for the first person on the list. I can’t tell if I hit send whether or not everyone will receive the same envelope or if only the first person on the list will have the fields to fill out. It’s basically a bulk send but I don’t have the account tier to add all the names at once.I even tried a template but it asks me to add fields for every recipient.

See original message in completed email

Hello. As the sender, is it possible to see the original message included within the completed email that gets returned once all parties sign? The original message appears in the completed email for all recipients but not for the sender. Thanks!

Avoid to sign every single document

We have a contract for 400 people to sign. How do I ensure that my signature and initials are ALREADY on the contract when I send it to 400 people? I don't want to have to sign every contract independently. When sending, my signature is already recorded. Is it possible to do this?

Why is Docusign Support ignoring my open support case?

Two weeks ago I opened a support case about double billing on my account. I received an email from Docusign billing support asking me some details to confirm ownership of my account. I responded immediately, and that’s the last I heard from Docusign support. Why is Docusign Support ignoring my open support case? I’ve made multiple requests for a phone callback and nothing. No calls, no voicemail indicating a call attempt. Nothing. How do I get Docusign to respond to my open support case??

Prevent fillable fields from being flattened

I have a test script that I need route for pre-approval. This is a word document with multiple check boxes at each test step. These boxes are to be completed by the tester during execution of the test script. However, when we rout the document for pre-approval, the fields are flattened and no longer editable. Is there a way to prevent this? Thanks in advance.

Hi,I have a signing group with three members. When an agreement is created and sent, one of the three members needs to go in and approve it before it gets sent to a client. The issue we are running into is periodically when one of the members goes to approve the document, they are notified that someone from the group is already in the process of approving the document. However, when we ask that other member, they tell us they have not even opened it. So, the original member who is trying to open and approve cannot move forward and the document cannot move forward until the other member goes in to approve. It’s very frustrating and we cannot figure out why DocuSign is saying someone from the group has opened the document when no one at that point has opened it except for the member trying to approve. I have attached a screenshot of this message as well. Any help would be appreciated!

Formulas Disappearing

Certain formula fields will not save when I “Save and Close.” Fortunately, not all of my formulas are disappearing, but certain ones do over and over. I have set up these formulas six times, and every time I save the document, upon reopening the template the formula setup has been erased.

OTHERWISE, I WOULD JUST OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT WITH A NEW E-MAIL ADDRESS.CAN YOU TRANSFER EXISTING CREDIT TO A NEW ACCOUNT?THANKS.

Is it possible to have multiple levels of a decline within an e-signature document?

I have an e-signature workflow with three recipients: borrower, finance dept, and comptroller. I already have the process set up to allow the finance dept to decline the document. I want to know if there is a way to set up a decline process for the comptroller recipient. Say the finance department e-signs the document, but the 3rd level (comptroller) finds an issue with the document. Is the comptroller (3rd recipient in this workflow) allowed to decline? If so, I want the workflow to bounce back to the 2nd recipient, which in this case is Finance department.

Help with document accessed via email.

Hi, i am opening a document via email sent from my employer which requires my initials printed on several pages, then a signature at the bottom. When i open to document it takes me to https://au.docusign.net/Signing/xxxxxxxxxxxx I have accidentally my wrote my signature while accessing the document via my phone as my initials and have no option to change them I cannot access this email via my account as when i sign in it takes me to https://apps.docusign.com/send/home ‘Alternate Signing Method’Visit Docusign.com, click 'Access Documents', and enter the security code:I have the security code from the email, but when i go to the link and use the security code, it will take me to my au.docusign.net/signing/xxxxxxxxxxxxx url where i cannot change my initial. Bulksend- Adding a prepopulated Field to a form

Hello Community: This must be possible but I just can’t figure out how to do it.I’m trying to send a simple document to a group of 200 people. I have a CSV which contains name, email address, and physical address (3 fields). I have been trying to use the bulk send with a template I created. What I’m trying to do is send each of the 200 people a copy with their name & address prepopulated. They then just sign it and a time signed is added automatically.For some reason- only the email address and name shows up in the document itself and the address keeps reverting to a custom text field. Am I missing something? I keep trying to rename the address field “company” or “title” since I see those fields in the editor but it doesnt work. What am I missing? It must be possible to do this. I’ve googled and searched all over and i cant seem to find someone answering the same use case. Thank You for your help in advance!

Hi! New to DocuSign and I am creating templates for others in my company to use. Is it possible to have the required fields already set for when they need to use the template? That way they don’t have to set the required fields each time they are sending the template out for signature or completion.

Edit a user account that is in pending status

As an admin, I set up a user account for a co-worker, but I made a mistake his email address, so he never received the invitation to log in. I can’t change it because it is in Pending status, but he cannot activate his account because he does not have the email. How can we resolve this?

Initials on All Pages

I don’t have a specific word on each page I want initials next to. Is there anyway to easily add all recipients initials to each page? Sometimes my document is 30-40 pages and with 3-4 signatures that is a ton of back and forth. There has to be an easier way.
