Is there a way to merge two DocuSign accounts with the same email address? One account was the free version, and the other is our paid, production account.

Some, not all, DocuSigns are showing up in my manager's Inbox. She is not receiving any notifications either.

I am trying to make change to my companies login policy. I remember changing it but I think DocuSign moved. Right now I have it on Identity Provider but I need it to be changed to Identity Provider or Username/Password. Can any tell me where this option is at now. I check domains but its not there.

Is mail merge possible within docusign we are using docusign esignature

I try to create merge fields on our sandbox but it keep on saying "Attempt to de-reference a null object". It happens right after I navigate to the feature. We used to use DocuSign Esignature but then I have installed DocuSign App Launcher over it. Do I need to reinstall Docusign or there is a setting I don't know?Thank you.

We want to upload the attached PDF file and provide an option to the signer to fill in the information that is requested and then be able to place a check mark in either YES or NO boxes. HELP, can this be done in DocUSign? If this can be done, would the document need to be uploaded with Adobe PDF fillable fields or rather a blank form with no PDF fillable fields?Thanks a bunch. When trying to link accounts in DocuSign Admin console, it does not display the email address for the user that it is sending the invite to, it simply displays their name.Additionally, when attempting to search in the Users dashboard, it only allows for an email address. But since the console does not display the email address, I'm unable to search for the user that I'm trying to link.

Generally, I would suggest our client to follow these steps:Go to Report > Envelope Volume ReportSelect "Custom Date Range" and set the date to "the start/renewal date of their account" to "Current Date"Run Report + Sum up the number from the "Envelope Sent" column > Deduct this sum from the Total Envelope Allowance they initially boughtOf cause, they could set up the Schedule Report to make this easier, but it's not really a friendly way to do if you only wish to know the number of available envelopes.P.S. These clients do not have an access to "Plan and Billing" menu on the Settings tab

My envelope template will be used on a Salesforce Contact layout. I want the recipeint to be dynamicallyed pulled from the contact object (both name and email) so this is somehwat automated. It gives me option to pull fro the lookup fields but not from the fields in the Contact object itself. Is there a way to do this?

How do i send documents for signing to recipients sharing an email address

We are sending documents to multiple client households and are trying to use bulk sends. We need multiple fields to be populated with data points specific to each household filled in the document before any of the signers receive their link. We have found that making the first signer the owner works in instances where there is only one initial signer, but we would like to be able to send the documents to two signers concurrently and still have all of the household data filled in. Our tests show that leaving the first listed signer as the owner of the fields will result in the fields only being populated when that signer opens the document. If the second signer opens it first, all of the fields will be blank. We don't want the second signer to sign a "blank" document just because they opened their link first. We also don't want the process to be delayed if the initial signer takes awhile to sign, hence the desire to make this concurrent. And as these are unique

Hello, I have a quick question on DocuSign and the button ‘Approve’. I set up a document for, in order:someone to ‘approve’someone to signThe first person did ‘approve’. However, when it reached the second person for signing, that second person could not see that the person (1) had ‘approve’ and therefore that it was ok to sign.Please can you let me know how we can correct this so the signatory (person (2)) can see that the document has been approved by the ‘approver’. Hi, I would like to know how to re-send a document which is not yet signed by all recipients to the only ones who have not signed it.

When I send a document to be signed, the first thing the signer sees is this very generic screen that tells them to fill in their name and, since I have a CC recipient, to fill in my name as well.It practically looks like I'm sending a phishing email. I want to customize pretty much all the text. I don't want it to say "PowerForm Signer Information". That means nothing to the people I send this to. Right below that it says "Please provide your name, company name, company address, and contact email", despite the fact that there is no place to fill out that information of the screen the signer sees.
