I concealed your email address for security reasons, as that is private information.

That can only be changed/removed by editing the Email Resource files, please view page 46, you can find the resource files by going to:

1. Settings
2. Brands
3. Edit Default branding

The name that shows is the name on your account, so, you can also change the name on your account directly by going to:

1. Manage Profile
2. Select "My Profile Information"
3. Change the name to the desired one

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic (for example, resource files).
