We have one organization account with 7 sub-accounts.(One for each region.) The user account in question exists in one sub-account. I've created a new account in another sub-account and I'd like to migrate all sent and received envelopes to the new account. Anyone know how?

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

Envelopes could be transferred from one subaccount to another if the below is true:

  • The accounts are linked to the same organization
  • The accounts are under the same server/site environment (NA1>NA1)

If it is, then please go to:

  1. DocuSign Admin
  2. Envelope Transfer
  3. Select the account from where the envelopes originate and select Transfer Envelopes from the Actions dropdown
  4. proceed to select the needed envelopes (you can filter the envelopes out by date and by user)
  5. Select the Transfer Now option and select the account where the envelopes will be transferred to as well as the user that will be the new owner: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=rrf1583359212854&topicId=uqh1583359196647.html&_LANG=enus
