How do I migrate envelops for a user on one sub-account to another sub-account?

Question

We have one organization account with 7 sub-accounts.(One for each region.) The user account in question exists in one sub-account. I've created a new account in another sub-account and I'd like to migrate all sent and received envelopes to the new account. Anyone know how?
