I have sent a document to multiple people for signature but on them can not open the document to sign. Can I resend this to her for signature without it resending to the group?

If you resend the envelope, and you have a signing order, then it would only be resent to the person who is next in line for signature. Can you provide insight on what happens the signer tries to access the document?
