Hello! Wondering how I lock a template before using it? I am wanting to lock the template e.g. a user will click “use template” , enter in sender/signer fields and then hit send straight away as opposed to editing the actual agreement template?  Hoping this makes sense, would greatly appreciate some advice on this!  

Is docusign legal in Italy? If so, could I have a document to prove it?

I’m needing to figure this out right away...I have tried to apply initials and signatures to my document but they are moving over very small.  I’ve tried to use my curser to expand the size but it won’t work.  I’ve tried going to formatting and it shows that  is already at 100% and it won’t let me increase the size of it any more than that.  I’m in the middle of a deal and i literally use docusign for the same document an hour ago and it was fine.  I don’t have time to submit a case Can anyone help me?

I would like my customers to receive a personalized message once they have signed the form, is it possible to do that? Thank you

  I had asked this question 11 days ago, but did not get a response.  We have someone that  is asking us the following: If I may ask, any updates with regards to the items below?   Also, have you removed/deleted all of my DocuSign envelopes?  The reason I ask is that I can still access the PDF files over the Internet and would prefer that this not be possible.  Specifically, (1) https://www.docusign.com  (2) Select "Access Documents"  (3) Type in code provided

trying to end correction mode and this comes up: EnvelopeLock is not using a scratchpad.

When setting up an envelope to include an Access Code the recipient is presented with a ID Check - Personal Information which requests home address information using USA mail format.  Is there a way to change to other countries e.g. Canada?

I just upgraded my plan. Why can't I send a document for signature

Hi.We are thinking of purchasing 5 DocuSign Standard licenses as there will be 5 users who will need to send envelopes for signing.In my case, I will not need to send envelopes to sign, because I will only act as administrator for the other users.The specific question is: do I also need to buy a license for myself, or do I only need to buy 5 standard licenses for my users?Thank you!

I sent a DocuSign to a parent and when mom went to sign, her ex-husband’s signature showed up.  I’m not sure how this happen as I only added mom’s name and email.  

How to send envelope link or reminder when you're not the owner of process? I am not the person that created the document. The creator is out of office. How can I send a reminder for the signers that are missing?

bulk send seems to limit me to 10 recipients (pro account) when entering manually.  How does one add more?

How do I make it so that the person I am sending to has to sign first then once they sign I sign it and the doc is complete?

We have someone (client) that want to remove and revoke their consent to electronic signature.  Is this something that we would do or would it be within their own DocuSign settings?

No order on signatories. 3rd person to add signature completed and then the interface went to add the signature of someone who already signed instead of completing. 3rd person exited after completing their signature and signature was lost. 

Hi, We’re in the process of updating our employees salaries, meaning all managers need to sign the new salary for each employee and each employee needs to sign the same document. I’ve created a template where the managers can fill out the information for each employee, but since I put the “Name” field for the recipient (not the manager) to be filled out automatically, it doesn’t show until the employee opens up the envelope. Is there a setting where the 2nd signers name (the employee in this case) can show up for the 1st signer (manager)? I need the manager to be sure which employee document he/she is signing at the moment, despite the receiving employee being the second signer.

I uploaded forms for signature and added the DocuSign signature tabs for people to sign. A client is having an issue telling him to sign in a place where he already signed and it won’t let him move on from there or finish. I reviewed the envelope with multiple form-enabled docs and was able to make one correction as I saw two signature boxes for him in one space and deleted one of the boxes. I am hoping this will fix his issues. Does anyone know what I am talking about or has come across this before?

Can a person who is blind get a document in DocuSign through audio? Meaning is there a way to make DocuSign documents accessible? 

I as a Admin want to see the progress report of others users i.e.  at what level envelop is pending for signature, how many envelopes they have dispatched etc. Can any one tell me how to see the progress report of others user in my Admin Dashboard.

In our company’s case, our template signing order always consists of internal approvals from two departments with Approve/Decline fields added to each of those departments, followed by Signature/Name/DateTime fields in the appropriate sections on the agreement for both the Client and the Company. Considering how often we do this and how similar our agreements are in terms of formatting/structure, it would be ideal to group the fields together so we’re only drag-and-dropping one field group per user, instead of two or three fields per user. It’s a small timesaver but I could see it being very useful for us. Has anyone else come across how to do this?

If a 2 parties document begins as an envelope in DocuSign on one end, it gets signed by the first party alone. I download it and email the finished version of the document with its certificate to the other party; they upload this contract to their DocuSign account to proceed with the second signature. Is it valid? Can the second signature preserve the envelope hash from the first one? If yes, can I do it with certificates from other companies as well?
