Docusign has DISABLED the ability to download completed documents. So, we are to print and scan these documents? My files are usually in excess of 30 pages.
This is absolute abuse to our planet and disrespect to your customers.

@Mad Mom I don’t see any such change. Do you have a specific communication/release notes you can reference. Perhaps is it the edition of the product you are using such as a free account or trial account?
If you can print the file, then you can just Print to PDF directly, no need for printing to paper.
